Jason Wilfredo Rosario, Orlando, Florida bartender at Grumpy’s Underground arrested stabbing patron 10 times over bar tab

A freshly hired Florida bartender known as 'Joe Hip Hop', later identified as Jason Wilfredo Rosario, was arrested for reportedly stabbing a patron multiple times over a bar tab.

A woman at 1018 N. Mills Avenue alerted the Orlando Police Department on Sunday that someone had been stabbed.

According to the medical report, the victim suffered stab wounds to the head and face, as well as 7 severe puncture wounds to his left back. WESH stated that the victims were stabbed a total of ten times.

The victim identified Rosario, 30, as the stabber who worked at 'Grumpy's Underground Bar'.

The victim informed cops. According to authorities, the confrontation started when Rosario charged him for beverages that were not supplied. Despite the bar manager's efforts, the patron and Rosario, who had only worked three shifts before, proceeded outside to'sort things' out.

Cops allege that while tussling on the street, Rosario pulled out a knife and began slicing the victim in the back. Rosario allegedly said, 'I got him' before the event ended. The victim informed police that the crime happened so quickly that he didn't realize he'd been stabbed.

Of note, the bar owner who called Rosario a ‘hothead’ had been planning on firing her new hire prior to Sunday’s incident, lawandcrime reported. The victim remains in hospital.

Rosario was being held at the Orange County jail without bond. He’s being charged with attempted second-degree murder with a weapon.
