In a social media post, Si AH recounted how he became infected with HIV after Latarius ejaculated inside him during intercourse.

Reports indicate that both Si AH and Latarius Smith identify as gay.

"However, as time passed, my abdominal pain intensified to the point of becoming unbearable. For nearly a week following our encounter, Lazarus ignored my attempts to reach out, which fueled my suspicions. A few weeks before July 6, 2025, Latarius had posted on social media about needing an IV for rejuvenation, mentioning that he had been feeling "down" for some time. He had also previously made comments about having HIV but claimed they were jokes. In our previous sexual experiences, we never exchanged bodily fluids. I believe he is responsible for giving me this virus since I was tested on January 29, 2025, at Alpha Urgent Care, showing negative results for HIV. He is the only person who has ejaculated inside me from January until now.
