Chadley Davids and Jeremy Armstrong of Milnerton High School Seen Beating Grade 10 Learner, Katlego Ncapai

Chadley Davids and Jeremy Armstrong, students at Milnerton High School, were seen beating Grade 10 learner, Katlego Ncapai, in a shocking bullying incident that has gone viral online.

Katlego Ncapai, who previously battled lymphoma in 2024, is reportedly the victim in the disturbing video that shows him being assaulted by rugby teammates inside the school premises.

Cape Town-based socialite Siv Ngesi led the public outrage, being among the first to share the footage on social media.

“Name and shame all these little bullies! I hate bullies! But I do love bullying bullies!” Ngesi wrote, adding that he and others were actively searching for Katlego to offer him support.

The video — reportedly filmed at Milnerton High School — shows a group of boys striking the victim with what appears to be a pipe or belt while others laughed and cheered in the background. The boy’s visible pain and humiliation have ignited nationwide anger and renewed discussions about the crisis of school bullying and violence.

Many parents and community members have since spoken out on social media.
One X user wrote:

“The ripple effects: When the bruises fade, but the damage doesn’t.”

Another added:

“We keep saying ‘not again,’ but it keeps happening. Our schools are becoming trauma zones.”

A parent commented:

“It’s not just about discipline — where’s the empathy being taught at home?”

The Milnerton High School administration is now under pressure to take immediate disciplinary action and ensure justice for Katlego Ncapai, who continues to symbolize resilience after surviving cancer only to face violence at the hands of his peers.
