Jamal White’s mother, Shavon Williams, has been taken into custody in connection with the kidnapping of her son on Hustis Street in Milwaukee.

As per reports, Paris White has been arrested by the authorities.

The incident occurred on Hustis Street, where the boy was initially abducted.

“The claims made in this complaint are quite serious, and I am aware that there were various factors at play during this time. I recognize that there was an abduction, and the neighborhood — indeed the entire city — was on high alert,” stated Milwaukee County Court Commissioner Barry Phillips.

A criminal complaint indicates that a man and his son were out looking for Jamal on Saturday. Both individuals informed the police that Jamel White — Jamal’s uncle — fired shots at their vehicle as they passed through the area. READ MORE

According to the complaint, neither the man nor his son was injured, and the bullets struck an unoccupied house on West Hustis.

White appeared in court on the morning of Tuesday, July 15.

A bond of $20,000 was established for White, who is scheduled to return to court on Tuesday, July 22, for a preliminary hearing.
