A purported image of Corey Williams of Allprofit Kc, the man responsible for the kidnapping of Jamal White, is making rounds in Milwaukee

The Milwaukee Police Department Sensitive Crimes Division confirmed to FOX6 News that 7-year-old Jamal White, the subject of an Amber Alert, has been found safe. The Amber Alert has since been canceled.

Almost 24 hours after he had been taken, police confirmed he was found safe. The Amber Alert was then canceled. At this time, what led to his abduction – and eventual return – remains unclear.

MPD said the boy had been taken and placed into a white Jeep Renegade with an unknown license plate. The suspect was described as a male, Black, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black face mask.

 

An emotional ride would be the simplest way to describe Milwaukee over the weekend.

“We haven’t been able to eat, we haven’t been able to sleep. We’ve been crying off and on,” said Nikki Herrington, White’s cousin.
