“I’m relieved he’s safe, but I still can’t feel at peace knowing that someone would do this to a 7-year-old,” Jamal’s aunt, Simone White, expressed to WISN 12 News on Monday.

The footage that was acquired depicts a white Jeep stationed by the roadside on a Friday night.

As the vehicle begins to move, Jamal is seen pedaling his bike on the sidewalk, coming back from a nearby park. Simone White mentioned that her brother, Jamal’s father, was driving a sedan next to his son. READ MORE

The camera records the white Jeep making a U-turn and subsequently blocking the end of their driveway. Two individuals emerge from the Jeep simultaneously; one seemed to be brandishing a gun and attempted to follow Jamal’s father into the house while the other pursued Jamal up the driveway. Moments later, the suspect reappears in the video, running with Jamal in his arms and placing him inside the Jeep.
