Trish Eubanks Arrested After Assaulting 16-Year-Old Josie in Paragould, Arkansas [PHOTOS]

Trish Eubanks, a 41-year-old woman from Paragould, Arkansas, has been arrested after allegedly assaulting a 16-year-old girl, identified as Josie, during a violent altercation on Halloween night.

According to the Paragould Police Department, officers responded to reports of a physical fight on Lexi Lane on October 31. When they arrived, they discovered the teenage victim suffering from multiple serious injuries to her face and head. The injured girl was immediately transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Detective Sergeant Jacob L. Higdon stated in the affidavit that investigators conducted multiple interviews and gathered evidence showing that Eubanks had threatened to shoot one person, caused serious physical injury to the teenage girl, and injured another man who had tried to break up the fight.

The affidavit also notes that Eubanks “provoked the situation and failed to remove herself from it,” despite having the opportunity to do so.

Following the incident, Eubanks was taken into custody and booked into the Greene County Detention Center at 12:11 p.m. on Monday, where she remains held pending further legal proceedings.
