Mission Outreach NEA Director Trish Eubanks Arrested After Beating Teen Girl Trick-or-Treating on Halloween in Arkansas

Trish Eubanks, the Development Director for Mission Outreach NEA in Paragould, Arkansas, has been arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting a 16-year-old girl during Halloween trick-or-treating.

According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, Eubanks, 41, was taken into custody on Monday and charged with felony second-degree battery, third-degree battery, and felony first-degree terroristic threatening.

Eubanks, who continues to serve as Development Director for the Paragould-based nonprofit, was accused of brutally attacking Josie Noblin, a local teen, leaving her with multiple facial fractures, including broken eye sockets, cheekbones, and a busted nose.

The altercation reportedly occurred on Halloween night and quickly gained widespread attention after photos of the injured teen circulated on social media.

Mission Outreach NEA, where Eubanks works, describes its mission as providing food, housing, and support to those in need, “equipping and empowering individuals to regain self-sufficiency and hope.”

Despite the serious allegations, Eubanks has maintained her innocence, claiming that she acted in self-defense following a previous unresolved dispute between her and the teen.

Witnesses, however, tell a different story. In a viral Facebook post shared over 2,200 times, Lillian Maturin accused Eubanks of assaulting the teen in front of dozens of children and even threatening to pull a gun during the confrontation.

The victim’s mother, Mandy Jo, also posted photos of her daughter’s injuries, writing:

“This is what Trish Eubanks — aka ‘Trashy Trish’ — did to my 16-year-old daughter’s face. Three fractures. Busted lip. Bumps all over her head. She might need surgery. But Trish is claiming self-defense, even though there were at least 50 witnesses who saw otherwise.”

Following days of public outcry, Paragould Police arrested Eubanks three days after the incident.

Eubanks’ husband, Chris Eubanks, defended his wife in a statement to NEA Report, writing:

“It’s unfortunate that some people listen to one side of a story without hearing all the facts. We acted honorably, reasonably, and responsibly under the circumstances.”

Responding to media inquiries, Captain Jason Elms of the Paragould Police Department stated, “As you know, there are always three sides to every story.”

As of November 5, Trish Eubanks reportedly continues to hold her position as Development Director at Mission Outreach NEA. The organization has not yet issued a public response regarding the charges against her.
