Four individuals have been identified as the deceased following the recent bus accident involving Tito Guerra.

On social media, family members confirmed the names of the four victims who tragically lost their lives last Thursday on the IH-35 Freeway. A passenger bus operated by Transportes Guerra was struck by a stolen white Camaro, resulting in a deadly collision.

One of the deceased was Jose Hector “Tito” Guerra, 51, who served as both the bus driver and the owner of the transportation company. Tito Guerra hailed from Allende, Coahuila, and lived in Fort Worth, Texas. He was well-known for his leadership of the transportation company he established with his father in the 1990s.

Another victim was Maria del Rosario Sanchez, 78, who resided in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila. Family members reported that she was a widow from the Pasta de Conchos tragedy, returning to her hometown after a visit to Texas.

The third victim was an elderly man named Gonzalo Aguilera. Silvia González Villanueva, a family member, confirmed to local San Antonio media that it was her relative and expressed her demand for justice, stating, “He shouldn’t have died like that.”

The fourth deceased individual is Yane Cis Ne, a young woman from Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, who lived in Austin, Texas. She was identified through social media as one of the passengers in the unfortunate accident.

It is worth mentioning that Tito Guerra’s transportation company frequently traveled the roads of Texas, operating routes from Puerto Arturo and stopping at Eagle Pass to distribute passengers to smaller units heading to Northern Coahuila.

As of now, Tito Guerra’s family has not released any official details regarding his burial location or whether his remains will be taken to Allende or remain in Fort Worth, Texas, where he lived full-time.

The accident remains under investigation by U.S. authorities, as calls for justice from the families of the victims and the border community increase.
