PHOTOS: Larry Grantland was arrested for assaulting his mother, Pam, who is in the intensive care unit at the moment

After violently attacking his own mother in the Tyler, Texas, region, Larry Grantland was taken into custody.

According to the family, his mother Pam is presently in the intensive care unit (ICU) and will require continuous care, surgeries, and hospital stays in order to fully recover.

The family says it is hard to see Pam in critical health because she has always been a kind, kind, and supportive person.
