Delta Polytechnic Student Egwono Found Dead in Hotel Room After Allegedly Being Lodged by Iyone Isaiah

Tragedy has struck in Delta State following reports that Miss Egwono, a student of Delta State Polytechnic, was found dead in a hotel room where she was allegedly lodged by Iyone Isaiah, the owner of PG Hotel.

According to information reaching news outlets, Mr. Isaiah had invited Miss Egwono — reportedly his sidechick — for a weekend stay at his hotel. The two allegedly spent the day together before Mr. Isaiah returned home to his family later that night.

The following morning, the businessman was informed that Miss Egwono was unresponsive in the hotel room. Upon checking, she was found dead with visible stab wounds.

Iyone Isaiah reportedly alerted police authorities immediately, and an investigation has since been launched to determine the circumstances surrounding her death and to identify possible suspects.
