Anthony Nestor of Kennesaw, Georgia Identified as Man Seen With Missing Marietta Dentist Dr. Melanie Nadler Litt

Social media users have identified Anthony Nestor of Kennesaw, Georgia as the man who was seen in the company of Dr. Melanie Nadler Litt, the Marietta dentist who was reported missing last week but later found safe over the weekend.

Nestor, who had also been reported missing by his own family, is now at the center of growing speculation after reports surfaced suggesting he and Dr. Litt may have been involved in a long-term extramarital relationship.

The situation came to light after a video circulated online showing a visibly distressed Dr. Litt alongside an agitated man identified as Nestor.
The video was recorded by Billy Robertson, a local resident who recognized the missing dentist and decided to alert authorities.

“I literally found the missing woman and chased the man,” Robertson explained. “She looked scared when I asked if she was okay. The man grabbed her and took off. I gave chase and contacted police.”

Cobb County Police later confirmed they had located Dr. Litt and that she was safe, though they declined to provide additional details about the encounter or her condition.

Meanwhile, local journalist Cody Alcorn reported that Nestor’s wife had also filed a missing person’s report after her husband failed to return home on October 11.
According to Alcorn, Mrs. Nestor discovered emails on her husband’s computer that allegedly revealed a relationship with Dr. Litt, which she claims had been ongoing for over a decade.

In a surprising detail, Mrs. Nestor said both she and her husband had been patients of Dr. Litt during that time.

Investigators have since located Dr. Litt’s vehicle and personal items near Nestor’s home, and data from Nestor’s phone last pinged at Dr. Litt’s residence before being switched off, according to reports.

The new revelations follow a public statement made by Dr. Litt’s husband, Lesley Litt, who expressed concern for his wife’s safety, claiming she may be under the control of the man she was found with. His post read in part:

“Melanie is not safe. She is being manipulated and needs immediate professional help.”

However, reactions online have been mixed, with some users suggesting the husband’s post may have been an attempt to manage public perception amid the developing situation.

As of October 19, 2025, Cobb County Police have confirmed that Dr. Litt has been found safe and canceled the missing person alert. The department has not released further information regarding Anthony Nestor’s current whereabouts or the status of the ongoing investigation.

This is a developing story. Updates will be provided as verified details become available.
