Following the viral video, many users online — particularly from the Black community — began circulating Eatherly’s name and demanding that his address and workplace be reported to authorities and his employer for racist behavior.
Screenshots also surfaced showing a post allegedly written by Eatherly, where he described the incident in inflammatory and racist terms. The post read:
“They are parked in the fire lane, chimps blaring music and dancing outside of the car. Got mad at me when I walked by with visible disgust. Proceeded to chimp out through the entire store. Usual suspects. +100 fatigue.”
Social media users have condemned Eatherly’s remarks as openly racist and dehumanizing, urging platforms to take action and remove his accounts. Many commenters described the incident as another example of racially motivated harassment caught on camera.
As of now, Eatherly has not issued a public statement or apology addressing the controversy. The viral video continues to circulate on TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit, where users are tracking updates and discussing potential consequences for his actions.
