Grove City, Ohio – Seth Sias, a respected realtor in Central Ohio, has died following struggles with mental health, according to online tributes shared by friends and colleagues.

Sias, affiliated with eXp Realty and owner of Ohio Legacy Home Group, was known for his dedication to client satisfaction and his support of the local community. He is survived by his fiancé, April, whom he became engaged to in July 2024, and three children.

Seth’s recent passing has left April and their child facing unimaginable loss and uncertainty.
