The disturbing claim surfaced after Brock reportedly posted on Snapchat, where she acknowledged that she and her landlord used fish hooks to “unalive” the dogs that wandered into their yard.

The allegation quickly spread online after a community member named Corey shared screenshots and warnings urging residents in Pike County and Lincoln County to contact authorities. According to Corey, Brock placed fish hooks inside hotdogs with the intention of causing fatal internal injuries to the dogs that entered her property. The post has sparked outrage across social media, with many calling her actions cruel, intentional, and criminal.

Corey wrote:
