$6,000 Raised for Torrance Marie as She Battles Stage 4 Colon Cancer

More than $4,000 has been donated through a GoFundMe campaign to support Torrance Marie, who is battling stage 4 colon cancer, according to information shared by her family.

The fundraiser was organized by her sister, Ashley Mchie, who said Torrance’s condition has worsened in recent months due to insurance complications that interrupted her chemotherapy treatments. As a result, the cancer has reportedly progressed and spread.

Family Describes Urgent Medical and Financial Needs

In the GoFundMe description, Ashley explained that the funds are intended to help cover transportation to medical appointments, including car rides, as well as medications Torrance has been unable to afford during this period.

“Her cancer has progressed farther and gotten worse,” the post states, noting that additional tumors developed while treatment was delayed. The family says they are seeking assistance to help Torrance manage daily needs as she continues her fight.

Community Support Grows Online

Donations and messages of support have continued to come in, with contributors expressing prayers and encouragement for Torrance and her family during what they describe as an extremely difficult time.

The fundraiser emphasizes gratitude for any help received, stating that “anything can go a long way” as the family asks for strength and guidance throughout the journey.

As of the most recent update, the campaign has raised approximately $4,000, with donations still ongoing.
