Lahrih Kamau Clark Arrested in Hillsborough County on Multiple Child Abuse and Domestic Violence Charges

Lahrih Kamau Clark, also known as Zilla La’ree, has been arrested in Hillsborough County following an incident involving his minor daughter, authorities confirmed.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Clark was taken into custody on December 26, 2025, after a video circulating online prompted widespread concern and an investigation. Officials have not released details about the child’s condition but confirmed that the arrest is related to allegations of abuse.

Jail records list Clark’s charges as:

• Aggravated child abuse

• Domestic battery by strangulation

• Kidnapping with intent to commit a felony involving a child

• Violation of a domestic violence injunction

Clark, born March 9, 1984, remains in custody as the case proceeds through the court system. Authorities have not released additional details about the incident, citing the sensitive nature of cases involving minors.
