Robert J. Burke Released on $1,000 Bond After Using N-word at Norcross Security Guard [VIDEO]

Robert John Burke was released on $1,000 bond following an incident outside the Social Security Administration office in Gwinnett County, where he is accused of shouting racial slurs and expletives at a security guard, according to local authorities.

The incident was captured in a video that has since gone viral, showing Burke pointing and making a lunging motion toward the security guard while shouting multiple expletives, including the N-word. Other individuals, including children, are visible in the footage.

Channel 2 Action News obtained a copy of the warrant, which charges Burke with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. The video does not show what prompted the outburst.

Burke was released on bond after being taken into custody. Authorities have not reported any injuries resulting from the incident.

The case remains under investigation as Gwinnett County law enforcement continues to review the circumstances surrounding the event.
