Snenhlanhla Nenezane Mthembu Seen Trying to Burn Boyfriend Andile Junior’s Car After Alleged Assault

Snenhlanhla Nenezane Mthembu was seen attempting to set fire to a vehicle belonging to her boyfriend, Andile Junior, following an alleged physical assault involving a baseball bat.

According to reports circulating on social media, the incident occurred after Andile Junior allegedly attacked Mthembu during a domestic dispute. Images and videos shared online appear to show Mthembu damaging and attempting to burn the car, triggering widespread reaction and debate across digital platforms.

KwaZulu-Natal Premier’s Office Responds

The KwaZulu-Natal Premier’s Office confirmed it is aware of the allegations after Mthembu’s distressing posts went viral. In a statement, the office said it had taken note of the images and claims and would make arrangements to engage with the matter and seek an appropriate resolution.

Mthembu, also known as “Sne,” has publicly accused Andile Junior—who is also referred to as Nizokholwa—of repeatedly abusing her throughout their relationship. She claims she reported the incidents at multiple police stations, including Lamontville and Umlazi, but alleges the cases were not properly followed up.

In her posts, Mthembu further accused law enforcement of corruption, claiming her boyfriend’s father interfered with the cases through bribery, leading to their dismissal. She expressed fear for her life and frustration with what she described as a lack of protection, questioning when authorities would intervene after four unsuccessful attempts to seek justice.

Police have not yet confirmed the status of the reported cases or announced any arrests. The situation remains under public scrutiny as calls grow for accountability and action in cases of domestic violence.
