Walkdown Jd has been killed by law enforcement during an officer‑involved shooting on Longleaf Drive in Montgomery, Alabama, authorities say.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) confirmed that the incident occurred on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at approximately 5:51 p.m. in the 4000 block of Longleaf Drive, located within Montgomery County.

According to ALEA, agents with the agency’s SWAT Team and officers assigned to the Metro Area Crime Suppression (MACS) Unit were working an enforcement detail in Montgomery when gunfire erupted. During the exchange, a Special Agent was struck by gunfire. That agent was transported to a local hospital for treatment; ALEA has not released details about the agent’s condition.

Walkdown Jd, the person involved in the shooting, was killed by responding officers during the confrontation, ALEA confirmed.

The incident remains under active investigation, and authorities say no additional details are available at this time.
