According to Toledo Fire's battalion chief, a civilian boater discovered the body in the Maumee River.

Investigators have not yet recognized the body, but according to a social media post, the mother of a missing disabled man from east Toledo indicated that the body belonged to her son, Andreas Madrigal, who had been missing since Wednesday night.
