Couple arrested for duct-taping two dogs at 176th Street and 133rd Ave in Gwen Ifill Park [VIDEO]

A woman reported seeing a male and a female duct-taping the legs and faces of two dogs in Jamaica, Queens yesterday. Police were contacted, but they never showed up. When the couple knew cops were being called, they pulled off the tape, set the dogs loose in Gwen Ifill Park, and fled.

A witness reported seeing a man and his girlfriend drop their puppy at Gwen Ifill Park. I phoned 911. When I confronted him, he brandished a knife and urged me to "mind my business."
