The streaming community continues to mourn the untimely death of French creator Jean Pormanove, also known online as "JP." Now, American streamer Adin Ross has announced that he and rapper Drake will individually pay for the 46-year-old creator's burial expenses. Their act comes as tributes flow in and concerns grow about the troubling circumstances surrounding Pormanove's final marathon stream.

Ross wanted to underline that internet amusement should never be at the expense of real life. His impassioned statements echoed many of the community's frustrations, with fans pointing out that marathon challenges and extreme livestream tendencies are out of hand.

An investigation has been launched into the death of the French streamer known for extreme challenges.

In a surprising show of support, Ross revealed that he spoke with Drake directly about Pormanove’s death. According to Ross, the Grammy-winning artist immediately agreed to step in. Together, the two promised to cover the full cost of the streamer’s funeral arrangements.
