Teffanie Dawn Saipudin, a grade 11 student at ZSNHS, lost her life in a motorcycle accident in Pagadian City

A motorbike accident at Purok Sili-3, Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City, on Friday, August 1, claimed the lives of two senior high school students from Zamboanga del Sur National High School (ZSNHS) and injured another.

CCTV footage that belongs to Jona Saurnero shows the students' motorcycle colliding into Saurnero's house.

The victims were named as Jonalyn (17) and Tiffany (16), who lived in Tiguma. While heading downhill from Barangay Palpalan, their classmate Shane was behind the wheel of the black Honda Click 125 when it lost control.

After being sent to Jamillaren Hospital, Tiffany was deemed unconscious. Unfortunately, Jonalyn was found to be unconscious at the scene. After suffering severe injuries, Shane is still recuperating in the hospital.

According to reports, the students' absence from class that day was caused by an event at their school associated with the Buwan ng Wika celebration.

To ascertain all the incident's specifics, authorities are still conducting their investigation.
