Social media personality Borteley Borqs has filed a criminal complaint against fellow influencer Ruf following the circulation of a private video that went viral online.

Borteley (@borqs) has now filed a criminal complaint against Ruf at the Ghana Police Headquarters for allegedly leaking intimate videos.
According to reports reaching our desk, Borteley Borqs lodged the complaint at the Ghana Police Headquarters, accusing Ruf of unauthorized distribution of intimate content in violation of the Cybersecurity Act.
Legal experts say that, if found guilty, Ruf could face 10 to 25 years in prison for sharing or distributing private materials without consent.
The incident has sparked renewed conversations about digital privacy, consent, and responsible online behavior, especially among public figures.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement as investigations continue.
