A MAGA supporter fell face-first after slipping during the “No Kings” rally in Denver, shortly after yelling a homophobic slur toward Democrats.
According to witnesses, the man wearing a New York Giants jersey shouted, “F**ing faggots!”* at demonstrators before slipping and landing face-first on the ground — an incident that quickly went viral online.
The rally was part of the nationwide “No Kings” anti-authoritarian protests, which drew nearly 7 million participants across 2,700 cities in all 50 states. The protests, advocating for democracy and equality, also saw appearances from public figures, including actor Pedro Pascal, who shared images from the event on Instagram.
In Denver, where the incident occurred, a small group of pro-Trump counter-protesters attempted to confront demonstrators, voicing their opposition to Democratic leadership and the anti-authoritarian movement.
Ramon Pereira Bonilla, a volunteer de-escalator and one of the speakers at the rally, explained that his role was to ensure protester safety and prevent direct confrontations with counter-protesters.
Bonilla emphasized that protests are not just about marching but also about educating the public, saying people need to learn about non-cooperation movements and initiatives like Orlando 50151 and the Sunrise Movement Orlando.
Another key speaker, Sister Ann Kendrick, led the protest in prayer — delivering it in both English and Spanish. She was invited by Obsidian Tiburón, a Two-Spirit Taino activist and lead organizer, who highlighted Kendrick’s decades-long work helping shape Orlando into what they called “the queer city it is today.”
The MAGA supporter’s fall has since become a widely shared clip on social media, with many users mocking the irony of his homophobic outburst being immediately followed by public embarrassment.
No serious injuries were reported from the incident.
