ManPowerGroup Fires Shannon Kobylarczyk After She Threatened to Call ICE on Latino Fan During Brewers Game

ManPowerGroup has terminated Shannon Kobylarczyk after she was caught on video vowing to call ICE on a Latino fan during a Milwaukee Brewers game.

The incident occurred Tuesday night during Game 2 of the National League Championship Series (NLCS) at American Family Field in Milwaukee, where Ricardo Fosado, a U.S. Navy veteran, attended the game to support the Los Angeles Dodgers.

According to Fosado, the night quickly took a turn when a Brewers fan, later identified as Shannon Kobylarczyk, made an immigration-related remark toward him.

“You know what, let’s call ICE,” Kobylarczyk shouted, as captured in Fosado’s video.

In the footage, Fosado calmly responded:

“Call ICE. Call ICE. I’m a U.S. citizen, war veteran, baby girl. War veteran, two wars. ICE is not gonna do nothing to me. Good luck.”

Fosado said that after the confrontation, the woman and her group became noticeably quiet as the Dodgers took the lead.

“They suddenly become very silent, because we’re winning,” he recalled. “And I become loud and cheerful, because the Dodgers are winning.”

Following the viral video, ManPowerGroup confirmed Kobylarczyk’s employment was terminated, citing a breach of company conduct and values. Reports also indicate she lost another position as a result of the backlash.

Neither Kobylarczyk nor her representatives have publicly commented on the firing.
