Maritza Jimenez Danielle Accused of Leaving $40 Tab Unpaid After Dispute With Pregnant Bartender Brenda Garcia Navarro

A social media dispute is gaining attention after Brenda Garcia Navarro, a pregnant bartender, publicly accused Maritza Jimenez Danielle of leaving a $40 unpaid tab following a visit to a restaurant.

According to Garcia Navarro, the incident occurred after Danielle and a group of friends allegedly spent time drinking and socializing before leaving the establishment without settling their bill. Garcia Navarro shared her account online, claiming she repeatedly asked Danielle to pay, but was ignored.

In a post circulating on social media, Garcia Navarro wrote that she was forced to cover the $40 tab herself, stating that the group rushed out of the restaurant laughing. She further alleged that Danielle became threatening and aggressive after being confronted about the unpaid balance.

“She took advantage of the fact that I’m a pregnant bartender and kept playing dumb when it came to paying her tab,” Garcia Navarro wrote. “I asked her multiple times to pay, and the door girl said her group rushed out laughing.”

Garcia Navarro also named another individual, identified as Jordan Aalyyah, as being part of the group involved in the incident. She added that she would have removed the post had she received a sincere apology, claiming that instead she was met with threats of assault.

As of now, no police report or official statement has been confirmed, and the allegations remain based on the bartender’s public account. Maritza Jimenez Danielle has not publicly responded to the claims.

The situation continues to circulate online as discussions around workplace treatment, accountability, and service industry protections grow.
