25-year-old Festus Lee Oromo fell from the 14th floor of Heartland Apartments, Block B, House Number 1406, along Kindaruma Road, Kilimani, Nairobi, in a suspected incident involving 48-year-old Lillian Moraa Mbeki.

A male suspect, Patrick Jagongo, is also in police custody. Both individuals were arrested following the discovery of Festus’ body on the roof of a parked Nissan Tiida, showing injuries consistent with a high-impact fall.

Authorities say Festus had checked into the apartment on November 28, accompanied by Lillian and Patrick. Investigators are examining the circumstances of the fall, including reports of alcohol, suspected drugs, and a prior drinking session. Court documents suggest the apartment was found in disarray, pointing to a potential violent confrontation.
