Calls are growing on social media for Khalil Allen, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist, to be fired after a disturbing video surfaced online showing him allegedly mistreating a young child at a daycare or school setting.
The child in the video has been identified as Jayceon, a 4-year-old non-verbal autistic boy and the son of Ciara Foster. Foster says Allen was assigned as her son’s ABA therapist. The exact date and location of the incident have not been officially confirmed as of this report.
In the footage circulating online, Allen is allegedly seen throwing the child, striking him, and aggressively confronting him. At one point, Jayceon appears to attempt to hide while Allen is distracted on his phone. The video then shows Allen allegedly dragging the child from his hiding spot and throwing him, according to viewers who have shared and analyzed the clip.
Foster responded publicly after the video surfaced, expressing shock and distress over what she says her son endured.
“This is my son Jayceon. He’s 4 years old, autistic, and nonverbal — and this is his ABA, Khalil Allen,” Foster wrote. “This is how he has been treating my son. It was brought to my attention by the school. I’m so confused. There are so many emotions right now.”
She added that Jayceon was injured during the incident after being thrown into a toy and was then allegedly confronted for crying.
“What can I do about this besides getting him fired?” Foster asked in a separate post, calling for accountability.
As the video continues to circulate, many users online are demanding Allen’s termination and calling for a formal investigation. Authorities and the school or facility involved have not yet released an official statement, and it remains unclear whether law enforcement or child protective services are involved.
The situation remains under active public scrutiny as calls for accountability grow.
