Skomunneyy Hospitalized After Shooting Near 79th Street and May; Prior Online Feud Draws Attention [VIDEO]

Skomunneyy is currently hospitalized and fighting to survive after a shooting that occurred near 79th Street and May, according to information circulating on social media and unconfirmed reports.

Sources claim Skomunneyy was inside a vehicle with his girlfriend and young daughter when gunmen opened fire, striking the car dozens of times. The child was not injured, while Skomunneyy sustained serious injuries and was transported to the hospital. His current condition has not been officially released.

The shooting has drawn heightened attention due to the resurfacing of old online conversations from November 2025, in which Gabryel Ayres, also known as “Gi Na,” was seen making inflammatory remarks about Diamond Howard’s late brother. Ayres was later killed in a separate shooting at the same intersection, though authorities have not confirmed any connection between the incidents.

Despite speculation online, law enforcement has not named any suspects or confirmed a motive in the shooting involving Skomunneyy. Claims circulating on social media naming individuals as responsible remain unverified.

Video footage shared online appears to show four armed suspects firing repeatedly at a white vehicle that had crashed into a van. A male and female occupant inside the car were reportedly shot, while a child inside the vehicle was unharmed.

The suspects allegedly fled the scene in a red SUV, returned briefly to fire additional shots, and then sped away. No arrests have been announced, and police have not released official details regarding the investigation.

Authorities have not issued a public statement confirming whether the incidents are related. The case remains under investigation.
