Grade R teacher Khanyisile Camagu is facing backlash after allegedly sending insulting messages to mothers about their children, the latest of whom is Nassi Mbolompo’s child. Camagu reportedly mocked Mbolompo’s child, who has autism, in a direct message.
According to screenshots shared online, Camagu wrote in the message:
“Aluminum about a child who is tilii voetsek pussy don to you like you this child just says he has autism tsek pussy wedlolo”
“Aluminum ngomtana ongu tilii voetsek msunu don kwa wena ufuze wena lomntana umane usithi une autism tsek msunu wedlolo.”
Following the message, Mbolompo took to Facebook to expose the teacher’s behavior. She expressed her anger at the personal attack on her child and criticized Camagu for overstepping professional boundaries.
“There we go ke bethuna, oh I was gonna let it slide but now she involved my baby. This girl don’t know me from a bar of soap! Andinawo amandla womthuka ngoba andithuki bantu… ndifuna angaze aphinde abaqhele abantu angabaziyo,” Mbolompo wrote.
The incident has sparked outrage online, with many social media users condemning Camagu’s actions and raising concerns about the conduct of teachers who engage in bullying or mockery outside the classroom.
This latest revelation adds to ongoing discussions about the responsibility of educators to maintain professionalism, respect boundaries, and protect the dignity of all children, particularly those with disabilities.
