Sean Six, Tulsa Father of Three, Shot Dead in Love Triangle Dispute, Investigation Ongoing

A tragic early-morning shooting in Tulsa, Oklahoma has left a father of three dead after an apparent love triangle escalated into violence. Authorities report that Sean Six, 27, was shot while allegedly attempting to enter a home along East 124th Terrace Street and Sheridan Road around 2:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

Police say Six reportedly tried to gain access to the residence through a window before forcibly kicking down the front door. Once inside, he was shot by Hunter Fuqua, who was reportedly involved with Six’s ex-girlfriend, Savanna Retherford.

According to police, Retherford told investigators she had a friend staying at the home for safety reasons. Authorities confirmed that the friend shot Six in the chest after he entered the residence.

Details surrounding the incident remain unclear, with conflicting reports about whose home Six attempted to enter. Social media posts suggest that Six had been returning to his own home, where he had lived and paid bills, only to find his security system deactivated and his keypad code changed. According to the posts, emotions ran high after Six discovered Retherford was allegedly involved with another man, Fuqua.

A social media post shared by Cam Cai outlined the alleged sequence of events:

“Sean was going home. His girlfriend and him got into a fight after finding out she was cheating. He left to hang out with his friends because he was hurt and heartbroken. He comes home to his Ring camera off and his keypad code changed. With high emotions… he kicked the door down. The man she cheated with is the one who shot Sean. This is why three young boys under 10 lost their loving father.”

In response to the tragedy, a GoFundMe fundraiser titled ‘In Loving Memory of Sean Six’ has been established for his three surviving sons, raising over $16,000 as of Thursday afternoon.

Both Fuqua and Retherford were questioned by police and subsequently released pending further investigation. Authorities have not announced any arrests or charges at this time.

The case remains under investigation as police work to clarify the circumstances surrounding the shooting and the roles of those involved.
