Los Angeles, CA — Authorities have identified Adva Lavie, also known as Mia Ventura Shoshana, as the alleged suspect in a string of theft and fraud cases involving older men she reportedly met through dating apps.
According to investigators from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Lavie, 27, is accused of posing as a companion or romantic partner to victims before allegedly robbing their homes across Los Angeles County.
Officials say Lavie — an Israeli national and former member of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) — would often arrive at victims’ residences driving luxury vehicles, including a black Porsche Macan SUV and a white Mercedes coupe.

Despite the allegations, Lavie maintains her innocence, telling reporters she believes she is the target of a false or politically motivated setup. Speaking to DailyMail, she said she was “just waking up” to the news of the allegations and expressed distress, adding:
“Wow, that’s horrible. This is really bad, oh my God… I have no idea what to do.”
Lavie first gained public attention in 2022 under the name Mia Ventura, when she joined the online content platform HoneyDrip.com after her career as a flight attendant ended during the COVID-19 pandemic. The same year, she was featured in several modeling campaigns and amassed over 500,000 Instagram followers.
Authorities have not disclosed the full list of charges but describe her as a person of interest in multiple burglary and fraud cases.The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking anyone who may have been in contact with Lavie or her aliases to come forward.
