Welkom Man Sello Pule Accused of Sexually Assaulting 14-Year-Old Stepdaughter After Family Speaks Out

Disturbing allegations have surfaced against Sello Pule from Welkom, who has been accused of sexually assaulting his 14-year-old stepdaughter. The claims were publicly shared by Elizabeth Bethy Mosebi, the victim’s older sister, on social media, sparking outrage and urgent calls for justice.

According to Mosebi, the assault took place while other family members were present in the home, including the girl’s mother, Zita Ndumo, who was reportedly occupied with household chores at the time. Mosebi described Pule as “not a first-time offender” and highlighted the betrayal felt by her sister, who had trusted him as a father figure.

“This man raped my 14-year-old sister in front of people in the house,” Mosebi wrote. “He deserves to rot in jail and face the consequences of his actions. My sister is now taking anti-depressants, experiences constant anxiety attacks, and will never feel normal again — this is lifetime trauma inflicted by someone she considered a parent.”

Medical examinations have reportedly confirmed the assault, with DNA samples collected and injuries documented. Mosebi stressed the importance of accountability, warning against the possibility of wealth or influence obstructing justice.

She also thanked supporters for raising awareness: “Thank you all for the support. I see the shares and comments, and from the bottom of my heart, kea leboha.”

This case underscores the urgent need for awareness around sexual abuse, particularly in situations where a trusted family member is the alleged perpetrator. Advocates emphasize the importance of legal accountability, community support, and ensuring that survivors have access to the care and justice they deserve.
