A tragic development has emerged in the case of 23-year-old Hayden Blair, who was reported missing after last being seen around 9:00 p.m. on February 14, 2026, at his home in South Jackson. Family members became alarmed when he failed to report to work at an AutoZone distribution center in nearby Lexington and did not show up to pick up his children — behavior they described as completely out of character.
Concern deepened after relatives discovered his phone hidden inside the vinyl siding of a shed behind his house, while his vehicle remained parked at the property. A missing-person report was filed, and loved ones began searching urgently, even offering a reward for information.
On February 17, a source close to the investigation indicated Blair had been confirmed deceased, though authorities have not yet publicly released official details about his death. The Jackson Police Department has not issued a full statement confirming circumstances and says information remains limited as the investigation continues. At this stage, Tationa Williams — identified as the mother of Blair’s children — is in custody and being held for investigation in connection with the case. Officials have not announced formal charges or disclosed what evidence led to her detention.
Police continue to urge anyone with information about Blair’s disappearance or death to come forward as investigators work to determine exactly what happened.
