A Tallahassee woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly engaging in sexual misconduct with minors at a pool party, according to arrest documents.
Dal’Toyrea Metz was arrested Sunday following a pool party at a local apartment complex in Tallahassee. Authorities allege that Metz made sexual advances toward several minors while in the gym area of the complex.
According to a witness, Metz allegedly groped two minors—a boy and a girl—over their clothing. One victim told police that Metz took him into a bathroom and performed oral sex on him. The victim reportedly tried to leave but said Metz restrained him in a bathroom stall.
Arrest documents indicate that Metz told officers she did not believe she engaged in sexual contact with minors. Authorities also noted that she appeared intoxicated when first speaking with them at the scene.
Metz faces charges including kidnapping, sexual battery of a minor between 12 and 18 years of age, two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, and one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition. Court records show that she was denied bond on Monday.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
