Manga Muhammad, the CEO of Manga Automobiles, has publicly responded after a video of him kissing another woman began circulating online.
The footage, which has gone viral on social media, appears to show Muhammad in an intimate moment with a woman. According to him, the video was recorded years ago during a previous relationship and before his current marriage.
In a statement shared online, Muhammad said the clip does not reflect his present life or values.
“I have become aware of certain videos currently being circulated online involving me,” he said. “These videos were recorded several years ago, long before my marriage, during a private relationship with someone I was engaged to at the time.”
He emphasized that the footage shows “old, private moments” and should not be used to judge his current character or personal life.
Claims of Blackmail
Muhammad also alleged that the release of the video followed an attempted blackmail scheme. According to his statement, he was threatened with the footage being made public unless he complied with certain demands.
“What is more concerning is how these materials surfaced,” he said. “Prior to their release, I was subjected to attempts at blackmail… I refused to give in to such demands. I will never support or encourage extortion.”
He stated that the circulation of the video is a direct result of his refusal to comply.
Legal Action and Public Appeal
Muhammad said he is taking legal steps to address the situation and hold those responsible accountable.
“I remain committed to my family, my principles, and the life I have built,” he added. “I will not be intimidated.”
He also urged the public to avoid sharing or amplifying the video, describing its distribution as stemming from an act of blackmail.
“I respectfully ask the public to consider the circumstances and refrain from sharing or amplifying content that originates from an act of blackmail.”
